Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome visitors, vendors, and employees after hours with a professional and welcoming demeanor, ensuring proper security protocols are followed.
- Communication Hub: Manage the multi-line phone system efficiently, answering inquiries, routing calls, and taking accurate messages.
- Administrative Support: Perform light data entry, manage incoming and outgoing mail/packages, and handle basic filing duties to keep the office organized.
- Access Control: Monitor building security systems, including keycard access logs and CCTV, to ensure a safe environment for all personnel.
- Light Maintenance: Perform routine checks on office equipment, restock supplies, and address minor facility issues as they arise during the shift.
- Reporting: Generate and submit daily shift logs and end-of-day reports to the management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Professionalism: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a quiet environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
