Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls efficiently.
- Data Entry Operations: Accurately enter and update client and employee information into our database systems with a focus on speed and 99% accuracy.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email and mail promptly.
- Administrative Support: Assist the management team with light scheduling, expense reporting, and special projects as needed.
- Security: Monitor building access and ensure a secure environment during night hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or data entry role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
