Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during night hours, including answering multi-line phones and greeting after-hours visitors.
- Perform high-accuracy Data Entry tasks, including inputting client information, updating CRM databases, and maintaining digital records.
- Monitor security systems and access control logs to ensure facility safety and compliance.
- Process incoming mail, overnight packages, and deliveries with precision and organization.
- Assist in generating daily operational reports and compiling inventory logs.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for staff and guests.
- Handle after-hours inquiries via email and phone with a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Proven Data Entry skills with a typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
