Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception during night hours, greeting visitors and answering high-volume phone calls with a professional demeanor.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks, ensuring 100% accuracy in customer records and databases.
- Process incoming mail, packages, and distribute them efficiently to respective departments.
- Generate and maintain daily reports and logs regarding visitor activity and data entry tasks.
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of information and tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Data Entry Clerk, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- High school diploma or GED required.
