Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in/out processes during overnight hours using our EMR system
- Answer multi-line phone system and triage emergency calls per protocols
- Coordinate with nursing staff for patient admissions and transfers
- Maintain secure patient records and confidential documentation
- Oversee facility security and access control procedures
- Process insurance verifications and collect co-pays
- Prepare end-of-shift reports for day team handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
- Ability to remain alert and professional during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail in confidential record handling
