Responsibilities
- Manage professional front-desk operations during evening shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Screen and direct visitors, clients, and vendors with exceptional customer service
- Operate multi-line phone systems and manage digital communication channels
- Coordinate courier services and manage incoming/outgoing mail/packages
- Monitor building security systems and access control protocols
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling and document management
- Prepare shift handover reports and maintain accurate visitor logs
- Collaborate with night security and cleaning teams for facility coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist/front-desk experience
- Proven night shift or 24/7 environment experience preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shift
