Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and document filing with 99% accuracy.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and fax during the night shift.
- Maintain and update office inventory and supply logs.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail/packages.
- Assist in preparing night-shift reports and logs for the morning team.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and secure.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
