Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls and emails during night hours, screen visitors, and distribute messages accurately.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input and update company data, records, and invoices into our management systems.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain both physical and digital records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to prevent operational interruptions.
- General Office Support: Prepare reports, assist with light clerical duties, and maintain a clean, professional workspace.
- Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for night operations and coordinate handovers with the day shift team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM or similar).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
