Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy (minimum 40-50 WPM required).
- Manage and update electronic databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Sort, file, and archive physical and digital documents to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email during night shift hours with professionalism.
- Assist with light office duties, including mail sorting, inventory management, and supply organization.
- Proofread and verify all data before submission to prevent errors and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure seamless handover of critical information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40-50 WPM) and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
