Responsibilities
- Manage Evening Communications: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries during night shifts, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Data Management: Perform accurate and high-volume data entry, updating client databases, and maintaining digital records.
- Logistics Support: Assist in coordinating daily logistics, inventory checks, and supply ordering for the night shift team.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare nightly reports, manage filing systems, and assist management with after-hours scheduling.
- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office or administrative setting, preferably in a support or customer service role.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
