Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Input customer and company data into our secure database systems with high speed and precision, ensuring 99.9% accuracy.
- Data Verification: Review and verify incoming data for discrepancies, correcting errors immediately to maintain data integrity.
- Record Management: Organize, file, and maintain both physical and digital records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Reporting Support: Assist the management team by generating daily reports and compiling necessary information for night shift operations.
- Operational Assistance: Handle incoming inquiries and perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the night shift.
- System Maintenance: Perform regular backups and ensure all software applications are updated and functioning correctly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills.
