Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and account information into various digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure high-quality database integrity.
- Review incoming invoices and receipts for accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Perform regular audits of data files to identify and resolve errors or missing information.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing and answering phones, during night operations.
- Collaborate with day-shift team members to ensure seamless handover of data projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy (90%+).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
