Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and mail with a professional and timely manner.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, and update databases.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels and assist with procurement and inventory management.
- Support Operations: Assist with various ad-hoc projects to ensure seamless night-shift operations.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and documents with the highest level of discretion.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM or similar).
