Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, and file management for nightly reports.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and appointments for the leadership team.
- Maintain office inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and secure during night operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous administrative or office support experience.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
