Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming emails and phone inquiries during the night shift, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital records and databases.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls for the executive team.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply reordering to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and respond to urgent messages on behalf of the department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar support role.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a quiet environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
