Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including calls and emails, during night shift hours
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for department leadership
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentation materials using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory and supply reordering to ensure operational readiness

Qualifications
