Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications and correspondence during night shift hours
- Process confidential documents with strict adherence to compliance protocols
- Coordinate scheduling, calendar management, and meeting logistics across time zones
- Generate and distribute daily operational reports and executive summaries
- Provide primary support for emergency client inquiries and incident response
- Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Assist with onboarding and training for new night shift team members
- Implement office security protocols during overnight operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required
