- Manage inbound/outbound communications across global time zones
- Coordinate executive calendars and schedule international meetings
- Process payroll and expense reports with precision
- Maintain confidential databases and digital filing systems
- Prepare comprehensive daily operational reports
- Onboard new vendors and manage supplier relationships
- Support HR functions including onboarding documentation
- Oversee office supply inventory and procurement
Qualifications
- 3+ years administrative experience in 24/7 operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with payroll processing (ADP preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
