Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across departments
- Process confidential documents with discretion and maintain digital filing systems
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person meetings, including catering and materials
- Assist with payroll processing and expense report reconciliation
- Serve as primary point of contact for after-hours client and vendor inquiries
Qualifications
