Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling high-priority meetings across time zones
- Process confidential documents with precision and maintain digital filing systems
- Coordinate international communications and correspondence during night hours

- Oversee office inventory management and vendor relationships
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email during night shifts

Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in night shift roles
