- Coordinate with remote teams during overnight hours for urgent tasks
- Operate office equipment including scanners, printers, and document management software
- Assist with inventory management and supply chain documentation
- Support HR and payroll data processing during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in data entry with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with error-free documentation
- Strong attention to detail with error-detection capabilities
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekend rotation
