Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications including calls, emails, and mail during evening hours
- Coordinate office operations: supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility security
- Process documentation: data entry, filing, and report preparation with 99% accuracy
- Support executive teams with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Assist with onboarding and training for night-shift staff as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and documents
- Oversee office cleanliness and safety protocols during night operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Washington State driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 10 PM - 6 AM
- Background check and drug screen required
