Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications including calls, emails, and after-hours client inquiries
- Prepare and process daily reports, correspondence, and confidential documentation
- Maintain office inventory and supplies ordering system for overnight operations
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for facility management
- Oversee office equipment maintenance and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping for night shift staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of office administration or similar experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software

- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
