Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry for client records and inventory systems
- Manage office correspondence including emails, calls, and mail processing
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics
- Prepare and distribute reports, invoices, and confidential documents
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with new employee onboarding and office supplies inventory
- Support accounting tasks including expense tracking and reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or data entry experience

- High typing speed (45+ WPM) with exceptional accuracy
