Responsibilities
- Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors to the office with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace, including restocking break room supplies and managing inventory.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting rooms, manage calendars for management staff, and schedule appointments.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into company databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and retrieve physical and electronic documents efficiently.
- Vendor Liaison: Handle basic interactions with delivery services and external vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant (1+ years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and self-motivated.
