Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones and responding to emails with professionalism and speed.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and organize meeting materials for department heads.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Assist in inventory management and office supply ordering.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or Administrative Assistant (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
