Responsibilities
- General Administration: Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, maintain up-to-date digital records, and assist in database maintenance.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate internal schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare meeting rooms and materials.
- Document Preparation: Create, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and troubleshoot basic office equipment issues.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, provide excellent front-desk support, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
