Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence for the Columbus and Pennsylvania offices.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.

- Assist with data entry, report generation, and inventory management of office supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Qualifications
