- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with precision
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars
- Assist with office supply inventory management and vendor communications
- Support payroll processing through data verification and entry
- Generate routine reports and analytics for management review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in data entry or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
