Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including visitor reception, phone screening, and mail distribution
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement for 20+ staff members
- Support HR initiatives including new hire onboarding documentation scheduling
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict adherence to data security protocols
- Assist with travel arrangements and calendar management for department heads
- Organize company events and meetings including venue booking and catering coordination
- Process invoices and expense reports with financial accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in deadline-driven environments
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
