Responsibilities

- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and handle confidential correspondence
- Assist with onboarding new hires and orientation processes
- Support event coordination and meeting logistics for 15-20 person teams
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document compliance
- Act as primary point of contact for vendors and facility requests
- Process expense reports and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in office environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
