- Manage office operations during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm)
- Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Handle confidential data entry and record maintenance
- Serve as primary weekend point of contact for staff/clients
- Assist with onboarding and training initiatives
- Maintain office inventory and supply management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
