Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior management with precision.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Administrative Support: Handle travel arrangements, process expense reports, and maintain accurate filing systems both physical and digital.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks to update client databases and internal records.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to work hybrid or remotely, with access to the Buffalo, NY area or nearby Pennsylvania regions.
