Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments for department heads
- Handle incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents and reports
- Maintain accurate filing systems and digital databases
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
