- Scheduling & Coordination: Organize calendars, book appointments, and coordinate meetings for department heads.
- Data Entry & Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, databases, and filing systems.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Office Support: Assist with inventory management, shipping, and general office maintenance.
- Customer Relations: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors visiting our Orlando location.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
