- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries.
- Report Generation: Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible Tasking: Adapt to changing priorities and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed to support the team's goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
