Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and departments
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and maintain professional correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize and maintain physical/digital filing systems for efficient record retrieval
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Assist with onboarding processes, new hire paperwork, and HR documentation
- Support departmental projects with data entry, research, and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
