Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and schedule meetings with precision
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation accurately
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Support event planning and logistics for community initiatives
- Prepare professional correspondence and presentation materials
- Assist with onboarding and training for new team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
