Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for executives and team members
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring data accuracy
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support event planning and meeting coordination for local initiatives and community engagements
- Assist with expense reporting, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in administrative support or office management role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment
