- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential communications for department leadership
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with strict adherence to financial protocols
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to regulatory compliance
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support special projects requiring data compilation, analysis, and presentation preparation
Qualifications
