Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex logistics
- Prepare and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and official documentation
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications via phone, email, and in-person
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance
