Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Coordinate local community events and outreach programs
- Handle confidential data entry and document management using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support department heads with administrative tasks like expense reports and meeting preparation
- Act as primary point of contact for local vendors and community partners
- Maintain office inventory and coordinate supply procurement
- Assist with onboarding new local staff members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Ohio driver's license (occasional local travel required)
- Experience with local community outreach preferred
