- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols
- Support onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate training sessions
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
- Organize digital and physical filing systems for optimal accessibility
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in office support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
