Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential correspondence for department leadership
- Process administrative paperwork, maintain digital filing systems, and ensure document compliance
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with procurement, expense reporting, and budget tracking documentation
- Coordinate facility logistics including conference room scheduling and office supply inventory
- Support departmental projects through data compilation, report generation, and presentation preparation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in government or corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines
- Experience with confidential data handling and HIPAA/FERPA compliance
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
