Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of complex distributed systems aligned with 2026 standards and scalability requirements.
- Lead technical strategy discussions, influencing product direction and engineering best practices.
- Mentor and mentorship senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and high availability across all environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts.
- Conduct code reviews and architecture assessments to maintain code quality and technical debt reduction.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and microservices.
- Proven track record of designing systems that scale to millions of users.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI integration and data pipeline architecture is a plus.
