Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum-ready frameworks for the 2026 ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with legacy systems.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers in developing autonomous, self-healing systems.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance testing to ensure system reliability and security.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics or Distributed Systems.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a demonstrated ability to work with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience implementing AI/ML models at scale within mission-critical environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
