Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance quantum algorithms tailored for machine learning workloads.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging quantum hardware into our AI infrastructure stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical quantum mechanics into practical software applications.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure the scalability of our systems for future growth.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay ahead of the curve on global advancements in AI, quantum physics, and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, neural networks, and linear algebra.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
