Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex Generative AI systems, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, integrating emerging technologies like LLMs and Diffusion models.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large-scale models for specific enterprise use cases, reducing latency and improving accuracy.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI deployment and bias mitigation.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of senior ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research into our production environment.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Tooling: Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with experience in MLOps pipelines (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
