Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Vision Roadmap, integrating exponential tech trends (AGI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional think tanks of physicists, ethicists, and data scientists to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop predictive models for societal and market impacts of emerging technologies (quantum computing, climate engineering)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven scenario planning for 2026-2030
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for advanced AI systems and neuro-interfaces
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate 2026-era technologies in controlled environments
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or executive innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, Physics, or equivalent field with PhD preferred
- Proven track record of implementing multi-year tech transformation projects (> $50M budget)
