Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Scan framework
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership
- Author quarterly strategic briefs on disruptive megatrends
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize future-proof innovation pipelines
- Establish quantitative models for predicting market inflection points
- Represent the company at global futurism and foresight forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or trend analysis role
- Proven track record of publishing influential industry forecasts
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic roadmapping
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and predictive analytics tools
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights
- Experience with SaaS or tech industry strategic planning
